Husky Winter Sports is a non-profit ski school operated by the UW Husky Winter Sports ski club, which has been an organized club at the University of Washington since 1937.

Husky Winter Sports is a ski and snowboard school operated under Ullr Snowsports at the Summit at Snoqualmie. All of our instructors are UW students who have undergone a rigorous training and hiring process, and who receive ongoing training throughout the season. Husky Winter Sports offers quality skiing and snowboarding instruction for a very competitive price. Our instructors are unpaid, so you know they love what they do, and it helps keep costs down for you!

Club Info
Husky Winter Sports is a Registered Student Organization (RSO) at UW. It is a great way to meet new people, enjoy the ski season, and learn new skills. Members form lifetime friendships with each other, creating long-lasting memories of having fun in the mountains. Members of the club teach lessons and help run the ski school, as well as enjoy off-duty riding together. Sound awesome? Learn more about Becoming an Instructor.
Husky Winter Sports also provides an instructor certification program. New members will hone their teaching and riding skills with our fun and helpful instructor clinics, and can eventually become fully-certified Level I, II, and III PSIA and AASI instructors.
