3 Weeks: Same as 6 week just a little shorter for you busy folks
Single Lesson: You will be paired with another individual or group on your same skill level. Very cool and very cheap!
Single Private Lesson: Just you and an HWS instructor. The perfect way to huck and tweak your style!
Double Private Lesson: Hey, why not bring a friend?
Family Private Lesson: Enjoy the slopes with your whole family! No matter what the age difference is, HWS will provide what you are looking for! Just contact us and we will speak to you further about the family package

Location
We teach at the Summit-at-Snoqualmie’s ‘Summit Central’. To reach us, use Exit 53 from I-90. Meet at Ullr Snow Sports Meeting Area, next to the Central main lodge by the Triple 60 lift.

Lift Tickets
You will need a lift ticket during every lesson, and you will typically buy these at the mountain. While lift tickets are not included in your registration fee, you can buy discounted beginner lift tickets at Snoqualmie Pass. First-time snowboarders do not need a lift ticket for their first lesson.

Equipment
Before your lesson, please make sure you have proper gear. This includes boots, bindings, skis or a board, goggles or sunglasses, and waterproof pants, jacket, and gloves. Be prepared for varying weather conditions and bring plenty of warm layers and a hat. If you need to buy or rent equipment or clothing, check our favorite local shops:

Postponements and Make-up Sessions:
Should HWS ever need to cancel or change our program dates, we will notify you immediately by email and schedule a make-up session. If we do not complete the entire program by March 9, 2008, we will gladly refund your pro-rated registration fee.

Withdrawals and Refunds
Each lesson, whether small-class, family, or private, is specially designed to meet the needs of our students. Unenrolling from a lesson causes significant disruption to our lesson plans. Therefore, all lesson fees include a 50% non-refundable administrative deposit. We are happy to reschedule your lesson dates if an unexpected conflict arises. Husky Winter Sports does not offer refunds or make-up sessions for missed lessons, except for the following two reasons:

  • Medical: If you incur an injury that prevents you from skiing/snowboarding, notify the HWS office in writing or by e-mail at least three days before the lesson. You may receive a pro-rated refund.
  • Weather: Classes are subject to change and cancellation due to adverse weather conditions. If this occurs, a make-up session will be provided. .
